It can be a difficult decision to make and hopefully, this post will help but here is another resource from the National Association of Realtors on things to consider when choosing a CRM.
Follow Up Boss
Follow Up Boss is the boss of real estate CRMs. Take a look at any agent forum on Facebook and Follow Up Boss or “FUB” for short, is always at the top of the list whenever the question is asked, “What is the best CRM for Realtors?”
On November 1st, 2023 the real estate agent community was shocked to hear that Zillow acquired Follow Up Boss.
In the press release, Follow Up Boss stated that they would remain their own independent brand but the news definitely had agents talking and most, from what I read did not like it.
Realty Juggler
Realty Juggler was founded back in 2004 and was one of the first real estate CRMs to hit the market.
Some real estate agents complain about the user interface looking old and out of date. I do admit that it still looks like it was made in 2004 but I actually have a 2004 Trailblazer that is paid for and it is dependable and always gets me where I need to go.
At the time of writing this article, the price of Realty Juggler is $179 for a year! It also comes with a 90-day trial to see if you like it or not. (Kick the tires, if you will)
